Adaptive Insights Connector
Intro
Adaptive Insights, formerly Adaptive Planning, provides online software that allows users to replace multiple spreadsheets with an integrated system for consolidating data. Use Domo's Adaptive Insights connector to generate reports about data from sheets, dimensions, accounts, and so on. To learn more about the Adaptive Insights API, log into Adaptive Insights and go to Product Documents > Integration Guide.
You connect to your Adaptive Insights account in the Data Center. This topic discusses the fields and menus that are specific to the Adaptive Insights connector user interface. General information for adding DataSets, setting update schedules, and editing DataSet information is discussed in Adding a DataSet Using a Data Connector.

Prerequisites
To connect to your Adaptive Insights account and create a DataSet, you must have the following:
-
Your Adaptive Insights username and password.
-
Your Adaptive Insights instance code. You can find this by logging into Adaptive Insights and navigating to Admin > System > General Setup. You can then find the code under Setup Information.
Connecting to Your Adaptive Insights Account
This section enumerates the options in the Credentials and Details panes in the Adaptive Insights Connector page. The components of the other panes in this page, Scheduling and Name & Describe Your DataSet, are universal across most connector types and are discussed in greater length in Adding a DataSet Using a Data Connector.
Credentials Pane
This pane contains fields for entering credentials to connect to your Adaptive Insights account. The following table describes what is needed for each field:
Field |
Description |
---|---|
Username | Enter your Adaptive Insights username. |
Password | Enter your Adaptive Insights password. |
