Demo Mode allows the Engineering Services team to deploy an app into a customer's instance an allow them to evaluate it prior to purchase. After 30 days the app will "Expire" and shut itself off so the customer can no longer use or interact with it. When this happens, the customer will see a screen similar to this:
What To Do
If a customer calls because an app has "expired" you should:
- Determine if the customer has already purchased the app. If so they are getting this screen in error. You should open a ticket and reach out to the Engineering Services team to enable the app for the customer. You can email them at email@example.com.
- If the customer has not purchased the app, direct them to their Account Executive for help purchasing the app.
